  1. Theres a better smoothie to drink for weight loss, drink this every morning
    as a meal replacement and simply just don’t eat as much as you normally
    would.
    1/2 cucumber
    1-2 stocks of kale
    1/2 granny smith apple (green apple)
    1/2 lemon
    1-2 large celery sticks
    2 handfuls of spinach
    1 handful of baby carrots (optional, I use them to aide my vision)
    1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon of minced ginger
    2 tables spoon of flaxseed
    (Optional) 1 table spoon of chia seeds
    Instead of blending with water, blend with green tea that has been cooled
    to room temp!
    I drink this for breakfast every morning and been eating normal with 1hr of
    exercise 3-5 times a week (as much exercise as I can fit into my schedule)
    and I lost 20lbs alone on my first month with eating normally besides
    drinking this smoothie!
    I didn’t find this recipe off anyone I just did research on metabolism
    increasing foods and put all these in together and its been working
    wonders!

  2. Funny, now I watched this and see your opinion is that smoothies are more
    important. That is fine, but my opinion is still that there is nothing
    like GREEN juice. Often I do both. But the energy I feel with the quart of
    green juice I drink in the morning is amazing (1 head of celery and 1 head
    of kale; lemon juice to taste).

    You really can burn fat quicker, more effective by consuming the real good
    food.

  4. Throughout depression I gained A LOT of weight. I am huge and I have
    finally decided to turn my life around. I was wondering if you could do a
    video for very large people, for me it isn’t a case of just needing to lose
    a little to flatten my stomach or needing to tone up I need to lose
    hundreds of pounds. Could you do a video on simply changes someone can make
    who may not have done healthy living before and is used to living out of
    packets and take aways? That would be amazing.

  5. I hate people who talks a lot and does less work, very annoying. The main
    point of this video was kind of fast forwarded, did not get the last
    ingredient…the whole video was wasted on talking about nothing…

  6. don’t you also need a protein source for breakfast? would you recommend
    adding plain greek yogurt or eggs to this? I’m a guy i dont know if that
    matters

    bought your program but the cookbook doesn’t have it.

  8. I also love green smoothies! Anyway, when it comes to losing weight, I
    always prefer taking Bio Cleanse 2700. I’ve lost 15 pounds in just 20 days.
    It’s so effective guys!

    most of your videos! You are inspiring me to find my inner healthy self
    lol… I was wondering if you have any recommendations on the best green
    super food/vegetable powder supplements that I can incorporate to my diet
    since I don’t consume enough veggies. There are so many out there and it’s
    just hard to tell which one is best for me, please help 🙂 xo ~Lees
