  1. I obviously have years of metabolic damage to undo. The high carb vegan
lifestyle has taught me patience because it’s so easy to do long term. So
far I am loving the journey!

  2. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
I’ve also got a lot of metabolic and hormonal damage to heal. I’ve actually
gained close to 8kg on this lifestyle, but I’m focussing on regaining my

  3. I am very happy to have stumbled across your channel. I have a very similar
story to yours and just started my vegan journey at the end of August as
well! Looking forward to catching up on old videos and going along this
journey with you. I’m Hilary by the way :)

  4. This story is great! I’m so happy for you. I’ve been on this lifestyle for
for 9 months and have lost a lot of weight on the 16th when I weigh and hit
my goal I will have lost 92lbs or more! I am so happy AND FULL before doing
this I tried so many diets and I had attempted the Adkins diet where I
literally remember sitting there with my tiny little Adkins bar for a meal
and just begging in my heart for some of my husbands food because I was soo
hungry. Sometimes I would cut my tiny little bar up into like 20 small bits
so it felt like I was eating enough! It was horrible. Yeah I lost about
30lbs but man was I so unhealthy and deprived. Now I feel amazing, healthy,
    and great :)

  5. We got actually so much in common… Before I was eating 1000 kcal from
monday till friday. And when it was weekend, I got crazy on carbs bc I was
under carbed. I’m so glad I found this lifestyle (RT4). Definitly not going
back! 🙂 Nice channel, girl. xx

  6. I also lost arround 40Kg in less than a year also trough calorie
restriction and exercise, and then I changed to a vegan diet where I didnt
restricted my calories and gainned weight at first and now im starting to
lose slowly and feeling great instead of obsessing on calorie counting. It
still hurts to see people punishing their bodies instead of changing their
lifestyle 🙁 Thanks for sharing your story :)

  7. Thanks for sharing your story! I’m trying to stay high carb, low fat vegan
myself, but still trying to find what works best for me as in the specific
foods I should eat to keep me on track. Going to work more potatoes in to
    my weekly meals.

  8. I did raw t 4 for three months, then switched to fully raw because I felt I
could push myself a lil harder to get away from the added sodium in my
cooked foods. In raw till 4 I lost 4 lbs in 3 months, running 5 times a
week for an hr. Felt great but I started bulking up in my middle section,
so I decided to give up cooked foods and start fully raw, it wasn’t hard
because I set my mind to it, I did have withdraw during raw till 4, but not
fully raw, it was a easier transition. Fully raw I lost 8 lbs in a month
and feel great. Everything you set to your mind to do, your body is capable
    of. Good luck!!!
