  1. I think that belly fat is a big problem and it’s hard to lose weight
    nautrally at home fast. Actually i’m trying to lose weight and i’m reading

  2. Actually, false. Muscles are UNDER your fat so when they get big you will
    look bigger. You have to to things that burn more calories, like running.

  4. I don’t get why people try all these weird, expensive things to loose
    weight like diet pills and surgery. If you want to loose weight the most
    effective way is just to eat right and exercise. There’s not a good cheat
    way invented which actually works for a long period of time. My friend who
    was 5’9 or 5’10 and was a size 14-16 decided to loose weight. She cut out
    bread and pasta and rice and when she couldn’t cope without it, she had rye
    bread or brown rice/pasta. She didn’t touch a single sweet thing like
    chocolate, crisps or sweets for three months. She only drank water. She
    avoided lots of salt and dairy products. She ate meat twice a week
    (sometimes not even that) and when she did, it was usually chicken or fish.
    She did a 10 minute jog everyday as well as 20 minutes of cardio split into
    5 sections through out the day and only ate two meals a day whether she
    wanted breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner and at the start of each
    month, she did a five day fast and exercised lots of each of those days.
    She lost four stone at the end of her three months…
