  1. Hey man how you doing I’m malik from boston and I am a 350 pound 18 years
old and I am extremely over weight. Ive been seen by so many doctors
telling me the same things over and over again and im tired of it. I wanted
your advice on what you think I can do to lose lots of weight so that I can
feel healthy and be proud of the way I look. P.s I’m a huge fan.
    Malik

  2. I’m going to be the guy to throw out a blanket statement. Low-carb high-fat
diets are exactly what will work. I have done that for the past year, with
little to moderate exercise, and I have lost 65 lbs. I was 300 lbs, and now
I am 235. My lean body mass is at 194, and I should reach that by July of
next year. Low-carb high-fat diets will satiate you, which will curb binge
eating habits and limit the huge spikes in insulin that cause fat storage.
This does not deprive you. Grains are not an essential part of your diet.
Grains being listed as such is complete trash propagated by lobbyist. Kill
the bread, snacks, rice, and other grain products, and eat at what nature
gives you. You won’t just lose weight, you will also feel better, and best
of all red meats are high in branch chain amino-acids which will help you
in your journey to retain and repair muscle.

  3. If you could bottle and sell your super-energized rapping ability you could
shut this channel down and head to permanent paradise.

  4. Guys, build muscle doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll
give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Fenoboci Diet
Plan. Seriously, that diet plan has changed my life. I probably should not
even be mentioning it cause I don’t want a bunch of other folks out there
running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I’ll
    share the wealth haha.

  5. Also, usually when starting a diet and exercise plan your body will store
water. Weighing yourself everyday is a complete waste of your time, and can
be discouraging. Like Alpha said, “stick to something.”
For a long time, I would constantly go on and off diets all because I
wasn’t getting instant gratification. Long-term consistency will save you
from bouncing back and forth between massive weight fluctuation. When
people say it’s a lifestyle change, they are telling the truth; however, if
you go with a high-fat low-carb diet, you won’t feel starved, and you will
    enjoy your meals.
No matter what you do you’re not going to lose 5lbs a week of real weight,
anything of the sort will significantly lower your metabolism, and because
you are operating under the same method as before (instant-gratification)
you will undoubtedly gain it back, as well as, be worse off than when you
    started.
Think about it, you spent a lifetime of bad habits that got you where you
are now. So, it’s going to take a lifetime of different habits to lose it
and keep it off for good.
