  1. You can eat chocolate if you keep under your daily calorie intake, it’s
    best to switch to dark chocolate, because it’s actually very good for you.
    Obviously if you use up too much of your calories on junk food you’re going
    to be malnutritioned and lack energy, but depriving yourself completely of
    things you love is only going to make you frustrated and lack commitment. I
    think you should stick to the 80/20 rule, keep 80% of what you eat as
    healthy and you can splurge on the other 20% as long as you’re remaining
    under the amount of calories you’ve calculated you should be eating per day
    in order to lose or maintain weight, whichever you’re trying to do. ´╗┐

  2. I thought 1200 was the “threshold for starvation mode”? But, I’ve noticed
    that if I eat only healthy food I also get around 800, maybe. I was worried
    about not going under that 1200, but if you were healthy with 800-900
    perhaps I shouldn’t focus on the calories as much. ­čÖé Thanks!´╗┐

  3. This is really helpful. Just one thing though, you shouldn’t completely cut
    out chocolate. I cut out sugar and chocolate for about four months, most
    miserable time of my life aha xD
    And after I uncontrollably began to binge on chocolate, as if eating back
    what I had missed in the past four months!
    Have chocolate or sugar once a week and you’ll be fine :)´╗┐
