    way. my arms where shaking so bad, i just laid down on my mat for like 10

  7. Kind of unrelated to yoga but Erica how are your teeth so white if you
    drink 3 cups of coffee in the morning? Does yoga whiten teeth too ? it
    seems to improve everything else!

  8. I would have to say this is a fail… It could have been great but she
    spent more than a minute talking during every pose. I gave up on waiting
    for her to shut up and get to the next pose, in the middle of plank pose
    and turned it off. Ramble on at the beginning of the video as you must but
    those who are out of shape cant hold a pose for over a min while you yammer
    on about nothing..

  9. Do you suggest to do the day 1,2,3 routine and then repeat couple of times
    or better to repeat each day couple times and then move on?

  10. Tried this….and well… I think I need to stretch more before I do this
    cuz some of those poses were within another pose that I couldn’t get to in
    the first place. xD

  11. Love this video. Have been doing it for about 2 weeks. As well as a grest
    way to wake ypu up i can already see the changes in my body. 

  12. Second time doing this but I got a yoga mat this time. Downward dog seemed
    more challenging this time because my hands were wanting to slip forward on
    my mat. Is that what happens to everyone?
