  3. I am wondering how your body will lose weight if you’re eating bread and
    ice cream. I thought they were bad for you. If someone were to go on this
    diet, and lose up to 10 pounds and then go back to their normal eating
    habits, will the weight come back after a while? or do you have to keep the
    diet consistent?

  4. “this diet burns the fat” … hum no it does not ! eating ice cream and
    peanut butter does not make you burn fat. Eating a low calorie diet makes
    you hungry so you’re using your reserve thats all there’s to it and by the
    time the diet is over you’ll binge out and put on all the weight you lost
    in the first place which is basically a waste of time and energy

    body of nutrients? Any diet under 2100 calories is considered a starvation
    diet for an adult or a diet for a child. You’re just damaging your
    metabolism and you WILL gain those 2 pounds back and even more..

  6. LOL As a fully qualified PT I can tell you right now losing 10 pounds in 3
    day’s is not healthy, Don’t cut carbs, don’t over train, drink plenty and
    don’t overly lower calories especially too fast.

  8. If anyone believes they can lose 10 pounds of fat in 3 days they are
    retarded. In order to lose 1 pound of fat (not water or compiled poop) you
    need to have a calorie deficit of 3.500 cal. So for 10 pounds that’s 35.000
    cal! The average body only burns 1600-2000 calories per day.

    In order to lose even 1 pound per day, you would have to literally run a
    marathon every day and eat nothing but oat meal and tuna, which is what
    body builders do when they get ready for competitions.
